This analysis is based on a combination of Arrow Global's proprietary data and generic data derived from its existing customer base.  Arrow Global's analytical focus at the point of underwriting is always to identify accounts exhibiting characteristics which indicate Arrow Global's data management and account handling strategies will be beneficial to the customer, creditor and Arrow Global alike.

Utilising bespoke analytical tools, Arrow Global is able to transform any portfolio into tranches of accounts grouped according to specific characteristics.   All activity and servicing strategy decisions related to each account flow from this early stage classification.  Throughout Arrow Global's account servicing lifecycle, account data is constantly updated and analysed.  If a customer's circumstances change, Arrow Global has a real time ability to alter the account servicing plan in light of this new information.
