Arrow Financial Services, Arrow Global's original parent company, became the leading U.S. debt buyer and developed the business model to handle extreme growth during the 1990s. Prior to the founding of Arrow Global, Arrow Financial Services fine-tuned the processes and technology of placing accounts on a case-by-case basis with a large panel of specialist agencies based on bespoke data handling and analytics.
