Following account acquisition and subsequent analysis, cleansing and appending of data, Arrow Global combines a bespoke in-house legal case management capability with carefully managed collections.
Arrow Global's agency panel consists of a network of high performing servicers throughout the U.K., Europe and globally, specialising in traditional collections, trace, field and litigation. Each agency has been selected for their expertise, alignment with Arrow Global's business model and approach and geographic coverage.
Arrow Global allocates accounts across a network of specialist third party agencies, all of whom receive detailed briefings related to each portfolio of accounts prior to placement. The briefings outline critical areas such as creditor requirements, pre-placement collection processes, full data dictionaries, lettering strategies and query and complaint handling processes. These instructions enable the agencies to commence collections activity immediately upon receipt of accounts.
As a complement to the up-front portfolio briefings, the agency management team closely supervises the agency network. The intention of this frequent interaction is to monitor agency performance, enhance strategies and conduct audits to ensure alignment with Arrow Global's business model and principles.
