Following a scheduled review of customer accounts, Arrow Global Limited has identified a number of accounts that are due a refund. This is usually due to an overpayment or because of a balance adjustment on a customer’s account(s)
To ensure all affected customers are refunded as quickly as possible, we have been contacting them via text message, email, telephone and by letter.
Therefore, if you have been contacted by any of the channels mentioned above, we request that you contact us on 0333 999 7243 between 9am and 5pm on Monday to Friday to discuss your refund.
