Following a scheduled review of customer accounts, Arrow Global Limited has identified a number of accounts that are due a refund. This is usually due to an overpayment or because of a balance adjustment on a customer’s account(s)
To ensure all affected customers are refunded as quickly as possible, we have been contacting them via text message, email, telephone and by letter.
