Building resilience through diversification
As macroeconomic uncertainty and regulatory shifts reshape the European real estate landscape, resilience through diversification has become key. In this PERE commentary, Ellis Sher, CEO of Maslow Capital, Arrow Global’s real estate lending business, discusses how targeted private real estate debt strategies are unlocking compelling opportunities in the residential sector.
Backed by a pan-European platform and over a decade of residential lending expertise, Arrow Global is deploying capital where it matters most including student housing, co-living, and strategically underserved markets, while balancing disciplined underwriting with a flexible, multi-jurisdictional product suite.
As Ellis explains:
“We’re doubling down on the fundamentals: selecting borrowers carefully, maintaining our disciplined underwriting processes whilst ensuring we’re appropriately compensated for the risks we take.”
“We expect rents to continue rising in select regions, driven by a persistent supply-demand imbalances against a backdrop of a growing population.”
“Our unique selling point lies in this broad geographic reach combined with a wide and flexible product offering.”
From navigating inflationary pressures to partnering on large-scale remediation projects, Arrow Global is reshaping mid-market real estate finance, combining local knowledge, smart capital, and innovative structures to meet evolving investor and community needs.
