Sustainability
Arrow Global Group is committed to being a responsible business that engages with its stakeholders on material sustainability matters, including Environmental, Social and Governance (‘ESG’) issues.
The way we deliver on ESG at Arrow supports our vision of becoming Europe’s leading vertically integrated alternative asset manager. At its core, this means that to deliver sustainable risk-adjusted returns for our investors, we operate as a responsible manager that dedicates time and careful thought to creating successful, long-term outcomes to the satisfaction of all our stakeholders.
2023 ESG report
Our Annual Sustainability Report showcases Arrow’s ongoing efforts to embed sustainability in a proportionate and robust manner throughout our business operations. We believe that the greatest impact is achieved when sustainability is intentionally integrated into every aspect of our business. This approach not only maximises returns for our investors but also positively influences both our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible business
Arrow’s approach to ESG and sustainability is aligned to our vision of being Europe’s leading vertically integrated alternative asset manager.
At the core of this is our local strategy, whereby each platform has established long-term relationships with regulators, banks, and clients in its geography, built upon integrity, responsibility, and shared long-term interests. These long-term interests mean we operate with an awareness of our impact on the environment, understand and respond to the needs of our customers, commercial partners, and colleagues, and give back to the communities in which we operate.
Underpinning our operational approach is a robust governance structure, with key members of the senior leadership attending a quarterly Sustainability and ESG Committee, which reports to the Group Board.
Our Memberships
Arrow Global Group Capital Management (AGGCM) endorses the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), having become a signatory in November 2021. Our Responsible Investment Policy and Fund Manager Board ensure the integration of the UN PRI’s six fundamental principles into our investment decision-making process.
GRESB is an autonomous organisation that offers validated ESG performance data and peer benchmarks, aiding investors and managers in enhancing business intelligence, industry involvement, and decision-making processes. Our company utilises GRESB’s services to gauge the ESG performance of our real estate assets and to inform our investors with the latest data.
In our commitment to fostering diverse teams and inclusive cultures, we have collaborated with The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI) since August 2021. ENEI offers training and consultancy services and is a strategic partner we value highly, sharing our belief in the possibility of truly inclusive workplaces.
Our Partnerships
Our group collaborates with Junior Achievement Europe (JAE), the premier organisation in Europe committed to motivating and equipping young individuals for success. This partnership enables us to engage with youth in our communities, providing them with essential skills in employability and financial literacy.
Through our LGBT Great membership, we are dedicated to enhancing awareness and promoting equality and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community among our colleagues and across our industry.
We take pride in our participation in the 10,000 Black Interns initiative. This programme offers young under-represented individuals in England and Wales the chance to gain experience through paid internships at Arrow and various other companies across multiple sectors. Our commitment over the years has proven fruitful, with many interns extending their stay beyond their initial placement period.
Investing responsibly
Arrow is an ambitious company with a determination to succeed, matched by our drive to do things the right way.
Arrow’s local in-country platforms mean we have the expertise to guide our investors through a fragmented and complex market, using the diversity of knowledge we possess to drive consistent returns.
“We aim to see the ESG profile of an investment as part of the overall delivery of risk adjusted return for our investors. We have actively opted out of investments where there is potentially high return but where our investment and legal professionals consider that there is a material ESG risk related to an investment. This could include potential sanctions risk or risks relating to the potential counterparty’s approach to compliance practices.”
Samyuktha Rajagopal,
General Counsel, AGGCM
