Jérémie Dyen

Jérémie Dyen leads Arrow’s development activities in France and other jurisdictions. He also serves as non-executive chairman of iQera, a leading NPL servicing and purchasing platform operating in France and Italy that was acquired in May 2025 by funds managed by Arrow.

Jérémie joined MCS, the French pioneer in NPL purchasing, in 2009 and became chief executive in 2010. Under his leadership, the business merged with DSO in France and acquired Serfin and Sistemia in Italy, evolving into iQera, a group with more than €300 million in revenue and over 2,000 employees.

Earlier in his career, he spent eleven years in private equity in London and Paris with 3i, Chequers Capital and Bridgepoint. He studied business at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris).
