Andrew Pinfield

Andrew has over 30 years of Banking and Real Estate Finance experience, working at Midland (HSBC), NatWest, Citi and RBS, where he has headed Risk, Analytics, Portfolio Management and Transaction Management teams.

From 2008 he managed RBS’s Non-Core Real Estate lending portfolio and in 2013 was promoted to COO of RBS’s pan-European Bad Bank. In 2017 he joined Maslow Capital to lead its Risk function, which has responsibility for the credit underwriting and oversight of the live lending portfolio through to repayment. To date he has overseen over £5bn of lending and helped contribute to Maslow’s proud credit track record.

In 2024 Andrew was appointed Chief Risk Officer for Arrow Lending where he oversees credit underwriting, execution and ongoing loan asset management.
