Arrow Global’s Rob Dusel, Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, will moderate a senior panel at the Europe GRI Institute 2026 conference in Paris.

The session, Capital Stack: Whole Loans, Preferred Equity, Mezz: What’s the New Capital Stack Engineering?, will examine how lenders, investors and sponsors are adapting capital structures to today’s financing environment.

The discussion will consider when creativity within the capital stack can unlock fundamentally attractive transactions, and how sponsors are using whole loans, preferred equity and mezzanine finance to preserve control, enhance returns and address refinancing gaps.

The panel will also explore where risk may currently be mispriced across the capital stack, the importance of maintaining discipline when assessing downside scenarios, and the markets and sectors generating the greatest activity at each layer.

Local regulatory considerations and their influence on capital structuring will also form an important part of the discussion.
