Enrico Bertagna

Enrico Bertagna is CEO of Arrow MGA Solutions, a division of Arrow Global Insurance (“AGI”), where he leads the development of Arrow’s early-stage MGA strategy, with a particular focus on specialist, non-catastrophe insurance lines and expansion across continental Europe.

Enrico has more than 30 years of experience in the European and global property and casualty insurance industry. Prior to joining Arrow, he was Managing Director of Bowood Europe, Howden’s specialist binding authority and MGA division, where he led the development of Bowood’s European MGA strategy. He previously held senior roles at Zurich Insurance, including Global Head of MGA Solutions at Zurich Global Ventures and Global Head of the MGA Network, where he led an international MGA strategy across EMEA and APAC.

Earlier in his career, Enrico spent more than two decades at Lloyd’s in senior European and international market development roles, including Regional Manager Europe and General Representative for Italy. He also held senior business development roles at Allied World, focused on international distribution and strategic growth.

Enrico began his career as a broker at Richards Longstaff in London and has completed executive and leadership programmes at London Business School, Zurich and the Open University/MIB Trieste.
