Appointment strengthens Arrow’s Iberian platform and supports growth across credit, lending and real estate in Spain

Arrow Global Group (“Arrow”), a leading pan-European investment manager in private credit and real estate, is pleased to announce the appointment of Diego Gracia as CEO, Spain.

The appointment further strengthens Arrow’s Iberian platform, where the group operates eight local platforms with more than 1,000 professionals and over €16 billion of AUM across Portugal and Spain. In Spain, Arrow’s on-the-ground capabilities include Amitra, its master servicing platform active across Spain and Portugal, and Elba, its specialist lending platform focused on direct lending, bridging, development and investment loans.

Diego brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management and platform building across Spain and Europe. He joins Arrow from Lapithus-Apollo Global Management, where he was Managing Director and Head of Special Situations Real Estate Europe, overseeing complex portfolios and driving value creation across a broad range of asset classes.

Prior to this, Diego held senior roles at Bain Capital, where he was responsible for real estate developments across Europe and for building several captive investment and asset management platforms focused on special situations real estate and Iberian opportunities. He has a strong track record of originating and executing investment opportunities, building scalable platforms, and leading high-performing teams across multiple markets.

Reporting to Enrico Sanna, CEO Platforms and Group COO, Diego will lead the execution of Arrow’s origination strategy in Spain, accelerating the growth of Arrow’s local platforms and strengthening the group’s market presence. He will focus on increasing investment activity, enhancing local coverage and ensuring Arrow is well positioned to capture opportunities across credit, lending and real estate.
