The conference concluded with a session with Hamilton Helmer, who shared insights from his seminal 7 Powers framework, a powerful way of understanding what makes competitive advantage truly durable. His message resonated strongly with Arrow’s own journey: that long-term outperformance depends not on temporary cycles or macro trends, but on building structural strengths that endure. This theme ran throughout the day, reflecting how Arrow has developed an enduring competitive advantage in granular, asset-backed investments across Europe’s mid-market.
