Dan Adams of Arrow Global named a Rising Star of Private Debt 2026

PEI Private Credit has selected Dan Adams, Managing Director and Head of Insurance at Arrow Global (“Arrow”), as one of its Rising Stars of Private Credit, recognising emerging leaders under 40 who are making a significant contribution to the private credit and private markets industry.

Dan is responsible for leading Arrow Global Insurance (“AGI”), Arrow’s specialty insurance platform. AGI provides institutional investors with access to this market by combining deep underwriting expertise, cutting edge AI tools, rated risk-bearing capacity, institutional capital and Arrow’s investment capabilities.

Since joining Arrow in 2024, Dan has driven AGI’s growth as a vertically-integrated insurance investment platform closely aligned with Arrow’s broader private credit and real assets strategy. The platform provides institutional investors access to differentiated, high-returning specialty insurance portfolios together with capital light fee-based income to enhance returns.

Dan has more than 15 years’ experience across financial services, private equity and private credit. Before joining Arrow, he was a founding member of Sixth Street’s insurance team, helping build the strategy into a global platform. He also served as Chief Commercial Officer of Clara Pensions, where he pioneered the UK’s first superfund risk transfer transactions. Earlier in his career, Dan worked in the UK IB and GCM Fixed Income Solutions teams at Morgan Stanley.

Dan holds an MA in Natural Sciences with double first-class honours from the University of Cambridge.
