Dan Adams is a Managing Director and Head of Insurance at Arrow, where he focuses on insurance-related investment opportunities and solutions. He has over 13 years of experience in financial services and corporate finance, investing across the capital structure.
Prior to Arrow, Dan spent seven years at Sixth Street where he co-founded Sixth Street’s insurance strategy and played a key role in its build out. He spent two years at Sixth Street’s UK pension risk transfer platform Clara-Pensions, serving as Chief Commercial Officer and overseeing its growth from start-up to more than £1.2B in AUM, serving 20,000 members. Dan holds an MA in Natural Sciences (1st class honours) from the University of Cambridge and started out his career in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley in London.
