Join Arrow’s Adam Baghdadi, Director of Origination, at the LPGP Connect Private Debt conference in Los Angeles on March 20th. With experience in corporate finance, private equity, private credit, and hedge fund management, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge to the conference. Before joining Arrow in February 2022, he honed his expertise at Sixth Street, focusing on asset-backed credit opportunities, real estate investing, and overseeing European energy investing strategies and development finance lending. His background also includes a significant tenure at HBK Capital Management, where he delved into European asset-backed corporate and structured credit opportunities, and he started his career in the UK M&A investment banking team at Morgan Stanley in London.

Adam will participate in the opening panel that provides a keynote outlook on private credit, sharing insights into its historical development, current trends, and the direction it’s expected to take over the next decade. The discussion will explore how the landscape of private credit has evolved, the emergence of new asset classes within this space, and how credit managers can leverage current market conditions to create value and increase returns.

Adam Baghdadi

Managing Director, Lending

Adam Baghdadi is a Managing Director in the Arrow central investment team focused on lending. He has over 13 years of investment experience in credit, lending and corporate finance.

Previously Adam was a member of the investment team at Sixth Street in London, where he worked across a range of credit and special situation transactions with a focus on hard asset and real estate backed opportunities. Prior to that Adam was an investment analyst at HBK, a global credit-oriented multi-strategy hedge fund, where he worked across a range of corporate and structured credit strategies. Adam started his career at Morgan Stanley in the UK Investment Banking team, where he worked across a range of public M&A, takeover defence and debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Adam holds an MA in Economics and Management (1st class honours) from Oxford University.
