Before joining Arrow in February 2022, he honed his expertise at Sixth Street, focusing on asset-backed credit opportunities, real estate investing, and overseeing European energy investing strategies and development finance lending. His background also includes a significant tenure at HBK Capital Management, where he delved into European asset-backed corporate and structured credit opportunities, and he started his career in the UK M&A investment banking team at Morgan Stanley in London.

Adam Baghdadi joined Arrow as a director in the origination team in February 2022 to focus on a variety of credit, lending, and special situations strategies. He has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, private credit, and hedge fund management. He joined Arrow from Sixth Street, where he spent 4 years principally focused on asset backed credit opportunities, real estate investing and oversaw the European energy investing strategy and development finance lending strategy including an exclusive joint venture with Maslow Capital. Prior to that he worked for HBK Capital Management, a US special situations and credit focused multi-strategy hedge fund where he was the analyst responsible for European asset backed corporate and structured credit opportunities.

Adam started his career in the UK M&A investment banking team at Morgan Stanley in London. He holds a BA in Economics and Management with double first-class honours from Oxford University, where he was an exhibition scholar at Brasenose College.
