Carla Langerhorst
Director, Client and Product Solutions
Carla joined Arrow in 2023 as Director of Client and Product Solutions and is based in New York. At Arrow, Carla focuses on fundraising and broadening the firm’s investor relationships in the Americas. Prior to joining Arrow, Carla worked at Morgan Stanley, where she covered investors globally across private credit and real assets.
Previously, Carla was part of the Investor Relations and Business Development teams at Black Diamond Capital Management and AUA Private Equity Partners. Carla started her career as an attorney at the Office of the Attorney General in Brazil.
