Richard Roberts
Head of M&A and Market Coverage
Richard leads Corporate Development and Market Coverage. He is responsible for Arrow’s M&A strategy and supports origination across the Platforms and Aggregation Vehicles. Richard joined Arrow in 2017 after 19 years at GE Capital in Private Equity and M&A roles. He led the acquisitions of Mars, EI, Drydens, Amitra, Maslow and Norfin platforms, and has been heavily involved in managing subsequent origination flows.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and an MA in Political Science from the University of Bath.
Arrow Global will be attending SmithNovak’s NPL Europe Conference, a leading forum for non performing and distressed credit markets. The conference takes place in London on 19 and 20 March 2026.
Richard Roberts, Head of M&A and Market Coverage at Arrow Global, will moderate a Deal Highlights 2025-26 panel as part of the main conference programme. The session will bring together senior industry leaders to examine how market trends and investor appetite evolved over the past year, including shifts in deal structures, asset classes and transaction volumes, as well as the role of secondary market activity. The discussion will also look ahead to the themes likely to shape European deal flow in 2026 and beyond.
NPL Europe brings together senior market participants to assess developments across non-performing loans, re-performing loans, Stage 2 assets and the increasing convergence between private credit and distressed strategies. Against a backdrop of more selective capital deployment, the programme focuses on asset level performance, pricing discipline and execution outcomes across European credit markets.
Richard will be available throughout the conference to discuss Arrow’s experience across European non performing, asset backed and opportunistic credit strategies.
