Arrow Global is pleased to announce that Richard Roberts, Head of Market Coverage and Business Development, will speak at SmithNovak’s NPL Global 2026 in London.
Richard will join the panel “Special Situations & Private Credit Defaults”, exploring how institutional investors can navigate the evolving private credit landscape, identify attractive opportunities and deploy flexible capital solutions.
The discussion will consider value creation across private credit and commercial real estate, the role of out-of-court restructurings in preserving enterprise value, and how direct lenders, special situations investors and specialist servicers can work together to deliver effective outcomes.

Richard Roberts
Head of M&A and Market Coverage
Richard leads Corporate Development and Market Coverage. He is responsible for Arrow’s M&A strategy and supports origination across the Platforms and Aggregation Vehicles. Richard joined Arrow in 2017 after 19 years at GE Capital in Private Equity and M&A roles. He led the acquisitions of Mars, EI, Drydens, Amitra, Maslow and Norfin platforms, and has been heavily involved in managing subsequent origination flows.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and an MA in Political Science from the University of Bath.
