Andrew Fisher

Andrew was a non-executive director, senior independent director, and chair of the audit committee of Arrow Global Group plc prior to its acquisition by TDR in October 2021. Andrew was appointed to the board of STL on 25 October 2021. Andrew is a chartered accountant and has spent over 20 years as a finance director of major-listed companies where he has accumulated broad international experience and a considerable depth of knowledge across a variety of consumer credit asset classes.

Prior to working in the financial services industry, he was a partner with Price Waterhouse LLP.
