Cormac Ryan

Cormac joined Arrow Global as the CEO of Mars Capital in May 2025.  He brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning asset management, investment banking, private banking, retail banking, and credit servicing, in consulting and senior leadership roles.

Prior to joining Arrow, Cormac was the CEO of Pepper Advantage Ireland for seven years, during which time the company grew to become the largest residential mortgage credit servicer in Ireland. Before that, he held senior roles at RBS Capital Resolution Ireland and RBS Non-Core in London, where he led complex asset deleverage programmes and large-scale business integrations.

He began his career at State Street in Boston and spent a decade at Accenture Financial Services Consulting based in London, delivering major projects for global investment banks.

Cormac holds a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies degree from University College Dublin.
