David Conway

David joined Arrow in 2024 following the acquisition of Amitra Capital. With over 25 years of industry experience, he brings a wealth of expertise in structured finance, asset management, and non-performing loan portfolio management.

Prior to joining Arrow, David spent eight years at Lapithus, the captive servicer for Apollo Global Management’s European Principal Finance funds. As Managing Director, he oversaw the management of non-performing loan portfolios across Europe. He has also held senior positions at leading European fund managers and banks, further solidifying his credentials in structured finance and asset management.

David holds an MA in Economics and Finance from the National University of Ireland and a BA in Economics from University College Dublin. In addition, he is a qualified accountant.
