David McLoughlin

David McLoughlin joined Arrow in 2023 and serves as Managing Director of its real estate business. Before this role, he was the CFO of Arrow’s Eagle Street platform. His current responsibilities include overseeing real estate investments, managing portfolios, and supporting the expansion of Arrow’s real estate strategies and platforms across Europe. David brings over 15 years of experience in investment and fund management.

Earlier in his career, David served as the European Accounting Officer at Guggenheim Investments, a global fixed-income asset manager, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Master of Accounting (MAcc) from University College Dublin.
