David McLoughlin

David McLoughlin joined Arrow Global in 2023 and serves as Managing Director, Transactions. In this role, he is responsible for transaction execution across the business. David previously held senior roles within Arrow’s Investment team, where he oversaw real estate investments, managed portfolios, and supported the expansion of the firm’s real estate strategies and platforms across Europe. Before this, he served as CFO of Arrow’s Eagle Street platform.

David brings over 15 years of experience in investment and fund management. Earlier in his career, he was European Accounting Officer at Guggenheim Investments, a global fixed-income asset manager, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Master of Accounting (MAcc) from University College Dublin.
