Diego Gracia

Diego joined Arrow as CEO, Spain, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management and platform building across Spain and Europe. Before Arrow, Diego was Managing Director and Head of Special Situations Real Estate Europe at Lapithus-Apollo Global Management, where he oversaw complex portfolios and drove value creation across a broad range of asset classes.

Previously, Diego held senior roles at Bain Capital, where he was responsible for real estate developments across Europe and for building several captive investment and asset management platforms focused on special situations real estate and Iberian opportunities. He has a strong track record of originating and executing investment opportunities, building scalable platforms and leading high-performing teams across multiple markets.

Diego holds an Executive MBA and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Project Management from IE Business School, and a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
