Helen Morgan

Helen joined Arrow in 2018 as part of the acquisition of Bergen Capital where she managed a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate loan accounts. She began working with Paul Woods on ESG topics in 2021 whilst also supporting the Client and Product Solutions Team throughout the ACO 2 fundraising cycle.

Since the start of 2023 Helen has been full-time in the Sustainability & ESG team with key involvement in areas across the strategy including Arrow’s TCFD & net zero program, an ESG data requirements project and supporting ESG requirements within funds.

Helen has a MSc (Distinction) in Occupational Psychology from UEL and BSc (1st Class, Hons) in Psychology from Cardiff University.
