Iain Wright

Iain joined Arrow in 2024 as Group Director of Finance, with overall responsibility for the Group’s Financial Reporting and Control, Treasury, and Planning & Analysis functions and is also the Finance Officer and a director of our UAE business, Arrow Global (Middle East) Limited. He brings over 21 years of experience in financial services and is both a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.

Prior to joining Arrow, Iain spent 16 years at PwC, where he served as a Director and engagement leader within the Banking and Capital Markets practice, leading a wide range of assurance, structured finance, and due diligence assignments. He subsequently spent three years at Together, one of the UK’s largest non-bank and specialist lenders, where he held Director-level roles in leveraged and strategic finance. Earlier in his career, Iain also worked at Merrill Lynch and graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BA in Business with Honours.
