Jake Beachum

Jake joined Arrow in 2025 as a Director of Portfolio Management, overseeing the firm’s real estate lending business. Prior to that, he spent four years at KKR in New York as part of the KKR Capital Markets team, where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring debt for the firm’s U.S. real estate business. Earlier in his career, Jake spent four years in Chicago with AJ Capital Partners, working across acquisitions and debt capital markets to support the expansion of the firm’s various development verticals. He began his career in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Wells Fargo in Washington, D.C., with a focus on hospitality finance.

Jake holds a B.A. in Hospitality and Real Estate Investment Management from the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
