Mark Carrington

Mark joined Arrow in 2025 as Managing Director, with responsibility for strategic and asset-level oversight. He is a senior leader with 29 years’ experience in UK and European private equity markets, with a strong record of delivering growth and liquidity through operational, value-add and opportunistic strategies.

Prior to joining Arrow, Mark was Managing Director of Global Mutual, where he co-managed the business, expanding private equity joint ventures and strategic advisory mandates across traditional and alternative sectors. Earlier, he spent six years as Head of UK Real Estate Asset Management at Goldman Sachs (Merchant Banking Division), where he was also a Board Observer at iQ Student Accommodation, a GS portfolio company.

He began his career as a valuer at CBRE, later holding fund, investment and asset management roles at MWB, Sirius and, most notably, Valad for 12 years, where he oversaw strategic asset and portfolio management activities across its pan-European platform.

Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from De Montfort University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
