Mark Gollin

Mark has 30 years’ experience in investment banking and private equity, with a broad focus across capital markets, project, transaction, asset management, advisory services, fund raising, investor reporting and portfolio management.

Before joining Arrow in 2021, Mark was a Managing Partner with Green Capital Energy, a development and acquisition start-up focused on the climate smart, renewable energy sector. Prior to this, he developed an international investment management and real estate acquisition business for Bayview Asset Management and under his leadership, Bayview’s platform grew into a global leader in European NPL acquisition, asset management and distressed debt resolution.

In his career, Mark has also worked for Cerberus, Chatsworth Securities, Apollo Global Management, Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns.
