Matt Hollinshead

Matt joined Arrow in 2021 and leads Arrow’s legal function, covering transactions, regulatory matters, and managing relationships with key service providers. Prior to joining Arrow, Matt was an Associate at Slaughter and May in London, gaining a broad experience advising on various debt financing transactions, including leveraged finance, capital markets, corporate restructuring, and distressed credit.

Starting at Arrow as Senior Legal Counsel, Matt later served as Deputy General Counsel, where he managed all legal aspects of Arrow’s investments, before being appointed General Counsel in 2024. Matt now heads Arrow’s in-house legal team and works closely with the legal and governance functions across Arrow’s platforms.
