Monique Brown

Monique is Global Head of HR at Arrow Global, based in London and reporting to the Chief People Officer, Jan Wade. She leads the Group HR function, partnering with senior leadership to support Arrow’s strategic growth agenda and to provide oversight of people strategy, governance and operating frameworks across platforms and geographies. She also supports platform integration, geographic expansion and senior appointments.

She brings extensive international experience across asset management, investment banking and insurance. Monique has held senior roles including Chief People Officer at Rothesay and Control Risks, and Global Head of Human Resources at BlueBay Asset Management, where she was an FCA regulated Partner and a member of the Executive Committee.

Throughout her career, she has advised CEOs and Boards on organisational design, succession planning, executive remuneration, regulatory engagement and large-scale transformation. She has also held HR roles at Gartmore, Natixis, Rabobank, Deutsche Bank and ING Barings.

Monique is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a BA in European Administration.
