Thomas Rubi

Thomas Rubi joined Arrow in 2023 as the Global Head of Hospitality, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership experience across the hospitality, leisure, sports, and real estate development industries. Throughout his career, he has led and delivered large-scale, high-profile projects worldwide. Before joining Arrow, Thomas held senior leadership roles at Dubai Sports City, Ernie Els Group, JDV Hospitality, Aga Khan Fund’s Serena Hotels, and Monte Rei in Portugal.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara.
