Thomas Rubi

Thomas Rubi joined Arrow in 2023 as Global Head of Hospitality, leading the Group’s hospitality, leisure and sport strategy across its European real estate platform. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, he has led the investment, development and operation of hotels, resorts, golf and mixed-use destinations globally. His previous senior roles include Dubai Sports City, Ernie Els Group, JDV Hospitality, Serena Hotels and Monte Rei.

Thomas holds a BS in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara.
