Tilly Ackland

Tilly joined Arrow in 2025 as a Director in the Client and Product Solutions Team. Prior to joining Arrow, she spent almost six years at ICG, where she was a Vice President in the Client Solutions Group, focusing on real estate equity and debt products. Before that, Tilly worked at EY in the Financial Services Assurance team.

Tilly is a qualified accountant (CA) and holds a BA in French and Italian from Durham University.
