Tom Golding

Tom has been with Arrow Global since 2016. During his tenure, he has held various roles within Arrow’s investment team and has played a pivotal role in several key transactions in Arrow’s track record.

Currently, he leads the Capital Allocation team, focusing on driving investment strategy across Arrow’s funds and supporting new product initiatives.

Before joining Arrow, Tom worked in the insurance industry, including as part of the Solvency II project team within an international FTSE 100 insurance business.

Tom holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Lancaster University Management School and is a CFA Charterholder.
