·     Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 (the “AGM Notice”); and

·     Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting 2019.

Arrow Global’s sixth Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 4 June 2019 at 9:30am at The Cavendish, 81 Jermyn Street, St. James’s, London, SW1Y 6JF.

The Accounts reflect the following:

·     2018 portfolio investments expected falling due within 1 year are £245,140,000

·     2018 portfolio investments expected falling due after 1 year are £841,890,000

These figures were presented in the ‘Preliminary Results’ announcement released on 28 February 2019 at 7.00am under RNS No 3560R as £345,020,000 and £742,010,000 respectively. The aggregate total of 2018 portfolio investments is £1,087,030, as shown in RNS No 3560R.
