Acquisition of shares
The Company announces that it was notified on 14 May 2020 that Andrew Fisher, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased a number of ordinary shares in the Company on 14 May 2020. The detail of the transaction is set out below:

Vesting of Restricted Share Award
On 14 May 2020, a restricted share award granted to Zachary Lewy, Founder and Group Chief Investment Officer, on 10 May 2018 vested and 189,702 shares were released to Mr Lewy.
Mr Lewy sold 89,340 of the released Shares at an average price of £0.7086per share to satisfy the tax liability arising as a result of the vesting and retains the balance of 100,362 Shares.
