On 8 August 2019 Zachary Lewy, Founder and Group Chief Investment Officer of the Company, exercised a nil-cost deferred share bonus plan award over 10,755 ordinary shares granted on 8 April 2016. Zachary Lewy has retained 5,689 of the resultant shares and sold 5,066 shares to satisfy the related tax and National Insurance liabilities arising in connection with the exercise.
