Long Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”)
On 11 May 2021, Lee Rochford, Group Chief Executive Officer and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, exercised an award granted to him on 31 March 2017 under the Company’s LTIP over 46,062 shares. Lee elected to fund the income tax and national insurance liabilities applicable to the exercise of the award by means of the sale of 21,693 of such shares, and accordingly retains 24,369 shares. As a result of the transaction, Lee has an interest in the following shares in the Company:
