Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that as at the date of this announcement, the Company’s issued ordinary share capital consists of 175,266,624 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”). The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 175,266,624.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the ordinary share capital of the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
