The Credit Service Association (CSA) is the trade association for the debt collection and debt purchase industry representing over 300 members who are active in debt collection, debt purchase and other ancillary services. It members are in contact with over six million households on a daily basis and it play an active role in promoting high standards across the industry, representing members interests with regulatory and legislative bodies and sharing best practice.
We’re delighted to play an active role in the CSA and on 9 September, Jim Appleby, managing director for our AMS business in the UK and the Netherlands, will be chairing a panel discussion on effective repayment plans alongside other industry experts from Experian and Credit Kudos. Jim plays an active role in the CSA having joined the Board earlier this year. Jim will also be involved in the Credit Connect Online Collections Think Tank (16 September) where he will speak about customer engagement and the importance of communications. Having Jim represent Arrow puts us at the heart of the industry debate and helps us promote responsible practice and good customer outcomes.
