Arrow Global appoints Managing Director, Client and Product Solutions

Charlotte Gilbert appointed as Managing Director, Client and Product Solutions, to scale Arrow’s fund management business

London, 12 December 2022 – Arrow Global Group (“Arrow Global”), a leading vertically-integrated European fund manager in credit and real estate, is delighted to announce the appointment of Charlotte Gilbert as the Group’s Managing Director for Client and Product Solutions (‘CPS’).

The CPS team is responsible for setting Arrow’s capital formation strategy and broadening the firm’s investors set by enabling global capital pools to access the opportunities presented by a growing investor landscape.

Charlotte brings a wealth of financial services experience in building long-term relationships and solutions with investors across Europe. In tandem, Charlotte has led capital raising across Credit, Private Equity, Lending and Real Estate strategies.

She joins Arrow Global from Oaktree Capital Management where she was Managing Director, Marketing and Client Relations, contributing significantly to the growth of their global funds. Prior to this, Charlotte worked for Apollo Global Management, successfully raising capital across all of their asset classes.

Arrow successfully raised its inaugural Arrow Credit Opportunities (“ACO 1”) Fund in 2020 at €1.7bn and it continues to grow its fund management proposition. With ambitions to scale and diversify, Charlotte will lead the Group’s relationships with investors, development of the Arrow brand, and ambitious plans to scale fund growth across multiple asset classes in the coming years. Under Charlotte’s leadership, innovation will play a central role in scaling Arrow’s activities, positioning Arrow as a leading investment manager with unique capabilities and products.

Charlotte will join Arrow’s Executive Committee on 2 January 2023 and will be based in London, reporting to Zach Lewy, Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer.

Zach Lewy, Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer said:

“We are excited to strengthen our fund management business with the executive appointment of Charlotte. Her entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation is the perfect fit for Arrow’s dynamic culture as we continue to build a world-class investment platform that is unique in the marketplace. Furthermore, she brings deep sector expertise and leadership to the team, product knowledge and a passion that matches our own. I am delighted to have her join Arrow.”

Charlotte added:

“The opportunity for Arrow’s integrated investment business in a growing investor landscape is hugely exciting and I believe it will become even more attractive to institutional investors over the coming years. Arrow’s unique business model, range of products and coverage make for a compelling opportunity, and I am looking forward to maximising this potential for our global investor base.”
