Capquest, part of Arrow Global Group, has announced that it will be recruiting for roles over the next 12 months at its Templar Avenue and Broomielaw sites in Farnborough and Glasgow respectively.
The recruitment drive will create up to 50 positions in the contact centre and 50 operational roles in Farnborough, while 100 jobs will be created in the Glasgow contact centre.
Helen Ashton, Group Chief Operating Officer at Arrow Global said: “Capquest has already recruited a significant number of people from the local area. Today’s announcement reaffirms our commitment and long-term plans for both sites.
“We offer employees real progression opportunities and have had a number of people join our call centres and progress to more specialist and senior roles within the business.”
Over the last two years Capquest has made a significant investment in new state of the art offices, IT systems and facilities. This has focussed on both a customer’s experience of its service and also the working environment of its employees.
Capquest runs a series of engagement and training programmes that aim to inspire and motivate staff. Ultimately, these have helped it win an ‘Investors in People Silver Award’ and recognition for its work in the local community.
Through its colleague council, Capquest takes time to consult employees on recent developments and seeks feedback on what staff would most like the company to do. This has led to the introduction of flexible benefits including cycle to work and childcare vouchers, as additions to an already competitive salary and reward package.
Capquest also supports the local communities it operates in by allowing employees paid leave to work with a charity of their choosing. The company also takes part in major UK initiatives including Sport Relief and Children in Need.
